Sandra Carey Cody grew up in Missouri, surrounded by a family who loved stories, whether from a book or a Sunday afternoon get-together.

If you like a little mystery in your life, you've come to the right place. I write mostly mysteries with an occasional side trip into short story territory. The mysteries are traditional, with settings that may seem familiar, especially if you've ever spent time in a small town. The characters are not super heroes, but ordinary human beings willing to risk all when they perceive an injustice.
