Randall-Page was born in Essex and spent his childhood in Sussex both studying at the Bath Academy of Art from to after which he worked with the sculptor Barry Flanagan. Randall-Page's work is held in numerous public and private collections throughout the world including Japan, South Korea, Australia, United States, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands.
